CARLA
Carla is a mother of two young adults, a leader, philanthropist, crossfit athlete, avid reader, and world traveler. As a 30 year Real Estate veteran, and a multi-million dollar top producer, Carla brings integrity, strength, innovation, and collaboration to make a difference in the lives of her clients. Dedicated to generating the best results, she represents luxury Real Estate sales, Trust & Probate transactions, as well as making the dream of homeownership a reality for first-time buyers. Carla educates, advocates, and negotiates to maximize the returns of her clients’ greatest financial asset.
Carla’s real estate know-how is second only to her emotional intelligence. She prides herself on always remaining open and available to her clients, accurately assessing their needs while building relationships that long outlast the close of escrow.
Carla began her real estate career in college, working in corporate and residential finance. Later, she founded her own real estate investment firm and two mortgage companies. She was also a partner in a development company that specialized in remodeling and restoring homes in the San Gabriel Valley. A specialist in probate and estate sales, Carla works with a network of attorneys and finance professionals, tackling a project from the initial trust liquidation to repairs, staging and beyond. Carla was born and raised in Argentina and migrated to the U.S. when she was 14 years old.
Passionate about community and philanthropy, she has been voted as the sponsor of the Pasadena Bar Association, is a Legacy member on the Advisory Council to the Leadership Pasadena Board of Directors in addition to serving as Board President to the Pasadena Fire Foundation, and a committee member to WIN at NAACP Pasadena Chapter. Served as event manager in the production of Tedx Pasadena. She has served in multiple volunteer trips with PanAmerican Health Services in Pena Blanca, Honduras. PETER
Born and raised just outside of Chicago, Peter’s early experiences shaped his unwavering commitment to putting people at the forefront of his business. Growing up, he witnessed firsthand the transformative power that a good home could have on individuals and families. Most notably his own. When he asked his mom to adopt his dear friends and football teammates, he saw what an anchor a safe and secure home can offer. Knowing the importance of home has ignited a passion for real estate and motivated him to pursue a career that would allow him to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
Peter’s journey in Real Estate began over a decade ago in the heart of Beverly Hills where his passion for people and architecture continued to grow. He demonstrated an unparalleled work ethic, consistently going above and beyond to provide exceptional service to his clients. His dedication and expertise quickly gained recognition, leading to a rapid rise in his career.
One of Peter’s most notable gifts is his ability to connect with people on a personal level. He genuinely cares about the dreams and aspirations of his clients and takes the time to understand their unique needs. Whether it’s a young couple looking for their first home or an established family seeking their forever property, Peter’s attentive nature and excellent listening skills ensure that he consistently finds the perfect match.
Peter’s commitment to putting people first extends beyond real estate. As a passionate traveler, he has explored various corners of the globe, immersing himself in diverse cultures and gaining a deep appreciation for the beauty and diversity of the world. These experiences have broadened his perspective and honed his ability to relate to individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances. He is also on the board at Friends of Lockwood where they help a resource-challenged school fill in the gaps with mentorship, special events, field trips, and scholarships. His volunteering doesn’t end there as he is a long-time supporter of Project Angel Food as well. Believing, “You get what you give,” is a lifelong mantra that follows him wherever he goes.

RAZZA
Born and raised in the Philippines, Razza Razon studied nursing and came to the US to join her mother. Razza is a mother of three incredible children, Samantha, Michaela and Ravi. She served as an executive assistant to television production company’s CEO before focusing her natural talents for negotiating and empathetic communication on a career in real estate.
Leading with integrity, compassion and a strong desire to always protect her clients’ interests first, Razza comes to The Agency’s Pasadena office with a broad network of friends, colleagues and clients who trust her completely. Razza strikes the perfect balance between kindness and boldness, fusing versatility and reliability along with an imaginative yet down-to-earth approach to every project and transaction. She is one of the five fierce women of The Buigues Group at The Agency - a luxury real estate team that has 30 plus years of experience combined. Razza runs the operations while contributing to productions.

Razza is a faithful believer, she moves with grace, leads with love and fights for freedom. Also, a self-described foodie, Razza spends much of her free time exploring new restaurants and new recipes with her children - who are by the way, her EVERYTHING!
EMILEE
Emilee Sutherland is a Design-Oriented Luxury Real Estate Agent, exclusively serving the Pasadena community and the Greater San Gabriel Valley market. With an extensive background in custom event creation, Emilee understands that "it's all about the experience." She believes that the home buying and selling process is a series of custom events in it of themselves.
As a result of this belief, Emilee takes pride in designing custom experiences to match the vision her clients hold for their real estate experience, as well as for their future home. From listing and showcasing property to negotiating and closing home high-value investments, Emilee ensures the entire process designed in alignment with her clients' values.
